Dividend Income

Here you’ll see all of my dividend income since the very beginning. I have hyperlinked every corresponding monthly dividend income update. I wasn't blogging in 2011 - 2014 so there are no hyperlinks for those months. In 2011, I was only harnessing dividends through my 401K so it was quite a low total. In 2012 and 2013, I was still tinkering with dividends and growth stocks so the totals were not as robust as they could have been. In 2014 I started fully embracing dividend growth investing and you can clearly see the ramp up in passive income! I welcome you to follow my journey to financial independence so stayed tuned, the best is yet to come...

  1. Great looking path already. Those peaks are from funds, but you can really see the overall trend forming. To go from $117 to $2800 in just three years is fantastic growth. Keep up the good work!

    1. Thanks! Yes, the funds are the reason for the peaks. I suspect in the future I might have to have 2 different charts, one for taxable account and one for 401K because the axis will be too great in order to see the peaks. I don't mind the peaks though as long as they go up higher year after year!

  2. You have come a long way in a short amount of time. I like the $.84 dividend in 2011 :-). You are on pace to surpass $3k this year. Keep up the good work.

    1. You gotta start somewhere. .84 was a long time ago and hopefully we will never see a month like that again. It's all up, up and away from here! Hopefully we can surpass $4,000 this year but we shall see.

      thanks for stopping by
